If you have any questions regarding the website please contact me – Lynne Dalton – using the contact formĀ  click HERE. or theĀ  link in the left sidebar. Please let me know if there’s a problem with the site, or if you have any ideas with regard to St. Christopher’s Website.

If you have any school related questions, please call the school using the telephone number in the header above.

However, please do not contact me if you want emails from St. Christopher’s stopped:

Scroll to the bottom of the page, insert your email address, put a check mark in the ‘unsubscribe’ box and click send.

Registering with the Website and subscribing to email notifications

What it does and how you have full control over what email alerts you receive.

subscription screen shotWhen you register, you have full control of the email alerts (see diagram). Once you have registered you can access your subscription page and put a check mark only in the categories you are interested in, since there is no point getting email alerts from the 8th grade teacher if you don’t have a child in 8th grade.

You can change your email address, name and password from the profile page once you have logged it. Please use your real name or put some indication in your profile.

If you can not remember your password, on the login page there is a link you can click which will send you a new temporary password to the email address you first registered with. Please remember to change that password to something you will remember after you have logged back in.

In Brief to control your email alerts, change password etc:

login–>site admin–>left hand side you will find profile and subscriptions.

As your child gets older and goes into a higher grade, each year you will have to sign into your profile and alter the email alerts you receive.

The Gallery

The photo gallery is password protected. If you wish to view the photos please send me an email requesting the password. Don’t forget to include your name, and the names and grades of you child/ren.

The Bulletin Board

Events and reminders, announcements and homework will be published here.
Nothing ever disappears from the bulletin board, entries simply get pushed down the page and into the archives as new entries are added.

There are several ways to keep up-to-date with the bulletin board.

Commenting on the Bulletin Board

Comments will be allowed on entries if feedback is required. However, to cut down on unwanted comment spam, you are required to register with the site and sign in before you can comment.
What are Categories?

Every time an entry is made to the bulletin board, it will be added to a category – eg grade 4 homework will be entered under the “Grade 4″ category, all Alumni notices posted under the “Alumni” Category. It’s another way to navigate the site. If you are only interested in the ‘memos’ for a particular month, click on the ‘memos’ category. It’s a time saving feature so you don’t need to scroll through an entire month looking for all entries concerning school memos.

Calendar

There is a full school calendar (link at the top the page). If at any time you think something should be added, or you see a mistake has been made, please contact the school office.
