Box Tops for education
The past collection of Box Tops 4 Education has been counted and we are continuing onto amazing totals. You have surpassed even my greatest expectations and I am thrilled.
I am going to list the top four of the classes, and even though some of the others are behind, there is plenty of time to get those box tops in. Remember, the winning class gets an ice cream treat and the teacher gets a gift card, not to mention bragging rights!
Here are this week’s top four:
5th Grade – 812
2nd Grade – 635
1st Grade – 271
4th Grade – 204
It is still anyone’s contest to win with 4 months left for collection. Please remember that the biggest winner of all is the school as a whole because we all benefit from the money that is generated by this fundraiser. Thank you again for your continued support and keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
Kathie DeLuca
Box Tops Coordinator

Our Lady’s Guild
Dear Parents,
Happy New Year to everyone! We hope you all enjoyed the holidays. We would like to inform you that our next Lady’s Guild meeting will be held on Tuesday January 18th at 8:00 pm. Please make every effort to attend as all upcoming events and preparations for the Chinese Auction will be discussed.
As we start to prepare for our Chinese Auction in March, we would like all members to please bring a lotto scratch off ticket to the meeting. They will be used to create a lotto basket to raffle off. We are also looking for liquor and wine donations to be used to make baskets.
We ask that the class mothers of the 1st and 6th grades please bring cake and arrive by 7:30pm to set up. Also your assistance in clean up afterward would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for you continued support. We look forward to seeing you at the monthly meeting.
sincerely,
Our Lady’s Guild officers

Hot Lunch
There will be a hot lunch on December 8th and 20th. For this lunch you will have a choice of either 3 chicken fingers with fries or a chicken parmesan roll.
If you would like your child to participate in the ‘Hot Lunch’, please fill out the tear-off at the bottom of the flyer sent home and return it with your payment in an envelope marked Christine Schnur, Hot Lunch. Also please include your child’s name and grade on the envelope.
Each serving is $3.50
Please return by November 30th, 2010, for both dates so we can get the order in on a timely manner and as a courtesy to the others who will be working the Hot Lunch. You may choose to participate in one or both days. No orders will be accepted after the due date.
In order to keep cost down we are asking that you send your child in with his/her own beverage.
In addition if you would like your child to wear their gym uniform, please send in $1.00 that day and have your child hand it to their teacher. Please note that December 20th is a gym day already so you will not have to pay for gym uniform,
Please do not put more than one child’s name on the tear off.
