There will be a hot lunch on April 23rd, 2010. For this lunch you will have a choice of chicken nuggets with fries or a chicken parmesan roll.

If you would like your child to participate in the ‘Hot Lunch’, please fill out the tear-off at the bottom of the flyer sent home and return it with your payment in an envelope marked Fran Geloso, Hot Lunch. Also please include your child’s name and grade on the envelope.

Each serving is $3.50

Please return by April 20th, 2010. Please make every effort to return this form by the due date because the food is not being cooked on the premises and we will not have extra available. The order is outsourced by Bario’s who has accounts with other Catholic Schools.

In order to keep cost down we are asking that you send your child in with his/her own beverage.

In addition if you would like your child to wear their gym uniform on April 23rd, please send in $1.00 that day and have your child hand it to their teacher.

Please do not put more than one child’s name on the tear off.
